About James:
James Walloga is Executive Vice President, North America Major Accounts, Accident & Health Division. He has executive operating responsibility for the Accident and Health (A&H) insurance businesses that serve the middle and large corporate markets of the U.S. and Canada. He is responsible for the profit and loss performance of the division and in that capacity oversees its strategy, business development, underwriting operations and product development.
Prior to ACE’s acquisition of Chubb in January, 2016, Mr. Walloga served as Executive Vice President of ACE North America Accident & Health Division where he oversaw the operations of ACE’s Accident & Health businesses in the U.S. and Canada. In that capacity, Mr. Walloga was responsible for building ACE’s Multinational Travel business and expanding the division’s global service capabilities for large CMP clients, as well as executing strategic market plans for other retail accident and sickness business, supplemental health programs and credit card enhancement products.
Mr. Walloga joined ACE in 2005 as AVP of the Northeastern Underwriting Region of ACE USA Accident & Health and was critical in the development of an integrated regional marketing and underwriting model for the division. He was promoted in 2009 to lead the division’s Global Accident and Sickness Segment and in 2014 became SVP, A&H Field Underwriting Operations.
Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Walloga held various marketing and underwriting positions with American International Group Inc.’s (AIG) Accident and Health Division. He spent two years as a Marketing Specialist at McCann Erickson Worldwide Advertising in New York City.
Mr. Walloga graduated from Pace University in New York City with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.
