Session Details:In Search of Well-being: Can we Enable Total Worker Health? Work is a well-accepted social determinant of health. While efforts to protect workers from harm are necessary, there is a growing body of evidence that health protection alone is not sufficient to achieve and sustain world-class workforce performance. The concept of Total Worker Health® as a health promotion strategy will be reviewed along with implications for how we may come to view duty of care in the future.
